Questions from a new phase of life
Answers to questions about finding the right job fit.
I have been working for many years. Is this really still the right time for a change?
Yes. Every day offers an opportunity to shape something. Many people begin to consciously question their previous decisions as their professional experience grows—not because they have failed, but because their circumstances, priorities and values have changed. Together, we develop a perspective for the next ten to twenty years of your career. It is genuinely never too late.
I want to advance professionally, but I do not know how or in which direction.
Greater responsibility does not mean the same thing to everyone. For some, it means a leadership position; for others, more creative freedom, specialist expertise or self-employment. Together, we develop a perspective that fits your personality and corresponding long-term goals.
I am considering changing jobs. How do I know whether it is really the right decision?
Not all professional dissatisfaction is caused by the role or employer. Together, we analyze whether the real cause lies in the tasks, corporate culture, leadership, working methods or other factors. Only then can we make a sound recommendation for the next step.
I do not want to quit my job, but I still want to change something. How can I do that?
Every job offers far more scope for change than may be immediately apparent. With our Job Crafting course, you consciously align your tasks, collaboration, working methods and energy management with your personality, step by step and with guidance, thereby increasing motivation and satisfaction in the long term.
What if I realize that it is not really just about my career?
Sometimes career questions are rooted in issues such as self-worth, meaning, personal development or the desire for a more fulfilling life. In that case, our eight-week online course Inner Voice, Inner Choice may be the right place to start, helping you understand your personality better and make conscious decisions about your career and life.
Which service is right for my situation?
That depends on the question you are currently facing. The intensive consultation is suitable for fundamental career decisions and a sound one-to-one assessment with a coach. Job Crafting teaches you how to adapt your current job more closely to your personality. Inner Voice, Inner Choice is aimed at people who want to engage more deeply with their personality, values and approach to life. If you are unsure which service best suits your situation, our test can provide some initial guidance. We would also be happy to advise you personally in a free, no-obligation introductory call.
How specific are the recommendations?
You receive a personalized dossier with specific recommendations on roles, industries, employers, leadership responsibility, working models, further training or a possible change of direction. It is supplemented by exercises and recommendations for personal development as well as a highly practical, individualized action plan outlining the next steps.
I have a family. Do you also take my personal circumstances into account?
Of course. Career decisions can never be made in isolation from the rest of life. Career planning is life planning. That is why we consciously incorporate family responsibilities, health, personal goals and your current life situation into our recommendations.
How does the intensive consultation differ from traditional career coaching?
Career coaching usually begins with a specific question. The intensive consultation starts one step earlier: with a deep psychological understanding of your personality. Based on scientifically grounded potential diagnostics, psychological conversations and biographical context, we develop recommendations that often reveal possibilities you had not previously considered.
What happens after the consultation day?
The results are documented in a personalized dossier. One hour of follow-up coaching is also included in the service. It provides an opportunity to clarify outstanding questions, reflect on initial experiences and consider the next steps together. New thoughts or decision-making situations often arise in the first few weeks after the consultation, and the follow-up coaching offers targeted support with these.
