Is the intensive consultation worthwhile even if I have no idea at all which direction to take?
Yes. You need neither a finished plan nor any initial ideas. The consultation starts with your personality and uses it to develop specific perspectives and next steps.
How does the intensive consultation differ from a personality test?
A single personality test can only ever show part of the picture. Our intensive consultation combines scientific diagnostics with an in-depth interview, biographical work, observations and exercises. Only this combination provides a comprehensive psychological profile and specific recommendations.
What happens if I already have specific wishes or plans?
Your own ideas or career aspirations are deliberately compared with our recommendations only at the end of the consultation day. This keeps the analysis unbiased and often opens up new perspectives.
How are the recommendations developed?
All diagnostic results and insights from the day are consolidated under a two-person review principle. Personality, biography, potential and current developments in education and the world of work all inform the recommendations.
What role does artificial intelligence play?
AI provides background support with research, market analysis and the structured preparation of information. Interpretation, psychological assessment and recommendations remain entirely human.
How much time should I set aside?
Several hours of diagnostic assessments are completed before the consultation day. The in-person consultation lasts a full day and concludes with a detailed presentation of the results.

Yes. If you wish, someone close to you can join the presentation of the results in the afternoon.
