FAQs

What occupies your mind during your studies

Answers to questions that arise before your consultation.

Do I already need to have an idea of what I want to do after graduating?

No. Most people come to us with precisely this question. Some are considering whether to pursue a master’s degree and, if so, which one, or whether to enter the workforce directly. Others are thinking about taking an entirely different direction. The recommendations are not based on existing plans or your CV, but on a sound understanding of your personality. Only then do we compare the results with your previous considerations.

What if I realize that my degree program is not right for me?

We encounter this concern very often. A degree is never “wasted.” It provides experience, specialist knowledge and skills that remain valuable on your future path. What matters is not whether your path so far has been perfect, but where you go from here and which possibilities can now grow from it. Together, we determine which direction is genuinely right for you in the long term.

Is it not too late to start again?

No, not at all. Many people make their first major educational decisions at a stage of life when they do not yet know themselves fully. Anyone who later recognizes which path is a better fit for their personality is not losing time, but gaining clarity for the decades ahead.

Master’s degree or starting work: how do I make the right decision?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. For some, a master’s degree opens up new possibilities. For others, entering the workforce directly is the more sensible next step. It varies from person to person. That is why we examine your personality closely and develop suitable professional goals and development prospects. This leads to sound recommendations for specific next steps.

What if I have several interests and cannot decide?

Many of our clients are interested in a wide variety of topics. This is not a weakness, but rather an expression of a versatile personality. Together, we analyze which interests are professionally relevant, how to accommodate as many of them as possible, which working environments suit them and how a coherent career path can emerge. We also develop strategies for pursuing your other interests—sometimes even in areas of life beyond work.

How specific are the recommendations at the end?

Very specific! After the consultation, you know exactly what to do next. The results are summarized in a personalized dossier containing specific recommendations for your future career path: suitable professional fields, industries, employers, role profiles and working environments, postgraduate programs, changing degree programs or entering the workforce directly. It is supplemented by recommendations on future skills for the age of AI, suitable practical experience, application strategies and a personal development and action plan for the coming months and years.

Do grades play a major role in the consultation?

Grades can provide clues, but they say only so much because they depend on many factors beyond potential. The focus is therefore on individual talents, strengths, motives, values, temperament, ways of thinking, feeling and acting, individual approaches to challenges, working methods, development potential and much more. The list is long. Only the interplay of these factors enables a sound recommendation.

Should I wait until shortly before graduation to have the consultation?

No, not at all. Many important decisions are made during your studies—for example, choosing a focus, internships, semesters abroad, working-student positions, extracurricular activities, deciding whether to pursue further studies or preparing to enter the workforce. Those who make these decisions based on their own personality can approach their career development and planning with much greater clarity and benefit from it for many years.

What role does AI play in the recommendations?

AI supports us with research, market analysis and the assessment of current developments in the labor market. The interpretation of your personality, the psychological assessment and all recommendations are provided exclusively by experienced consultants.

What happens after the consultation day?

The consultation does not end with the presentation of the results. One year of follow-up consultation is already included in the service. This means that new questions, applications or decisions can also be discussed together in the months following the consultation.
